Good clean space for a group of four of us to spend a weekend close to some great beach spots and state parks. The kitchen was stocked with a good amount of pans and cooking utensils, the bathrooms with ample towels and toiletries, and the living room with a large basket of oversized beach towels. Light sleepers may want to choose one of the bedrooms on the main floor as some of the floors are quite creaky, but if you normally sleep through things like that, the basement is a great space and feels nicely separate from the main floor. We would happily book a stay with Joshua again!

This place was perfect for our Michigan visit. We took our grand kids to Pier Marquette Park and Grand Haven State Park. Both have excellent beaches and play grounds and facilities. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels were provided by the host.
The beds are super comfortable. The art through out the home has the beach and Michigan themes. The outdoor fit pit and Adirondack chairs were nice.

The place was cute and the location was perfect! I had a group of 5 adults in this stay and we all had plenty of room for our stay. The area had the perk of being a little secluded but also right by many restaurants and places for various activities. We all enjoyed our stay at this house.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at this beautiful property! The location is fantastic—literally across the street from Maranatha, and just a short walk to Lake Harbor Park. It’s also a flat bike ride down to Hoffmaster State Park, making it easy to explore the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for our grandkids to walk to the beach or enjoy Maranatha with no worries. The home itself is spacious, with comfortable beds, a cozy living room with plenty of seating, and a kitchen that's well-equipped for cooking family meals. You can tell the owners have put a lot of care and attention into updating the property—it’s all tastefully redone and feels brand new. Our entire family had a wonderful time, and we can’t wait to come back next summer!

Location is excellent, literally across the street from Maranatha. It’s a short walk to the beach that our older kids could do by themselves. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into updating this property and it is all redone tastefully and brand new. Our family had a great time in this beautiful area and will come back and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were there to explore Maranatha camp and go to a concert and didn't realize it was walkable to both! The house was very clean and had lots of extra linens, an air mattress, and a portable fan available in every room. The kitchen was quaint but lovely and we made a few meals together and enjoyed the space! We would definitely stay there again sometime and would highly recommend others to stay there! Thanks to Joshua for being a great host and responsive when we had questions! :)

We loved this house! The picture looked small but inside it felt spacious and very tastefully updated. Lots of amenities. The location was perfect- very near Maranatha and walkable to Lake Michigan. Bike trail across the street goes to Hoffmaster State Park. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time and hope to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! We traveled with our three young kids, my husband, and my in-laws, and the space was perfect for all of us. The house was incredibly clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the towels were the softest we’ve ever used! It was stocked with everything we needed, The location was great—just a short drive to the lake. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the arrival and departure process was a breeze. Highly recommend this place to any family looking for a cozy and well-appointed getaway!
